I must say, I am VERY impressed with the people of Liberty Health Net and in particular my upline, Paula Scarcella. Why? Because one of my team members (David) and I started kicking around the idea and structure of a "pay it forward" type system for that company, and over the past while David has been nailing down some of the finer points, drafting a write-up, crunching numbers etc (you'll see a lot of his work in a minute).

Then the other day David brought it up on a company conference call. Know what happened? Within 24 hours it was approved and implemented, and already it's starting to grow in an astounding way.

First of all, some background:

As many of you know, the “pay it forward” concept of giving was popularized by a recent movie of the same name several years back. And if you have seen the Liberty Mutual ads of late, you will see the same concept of people helping people in a visual form. With this concept, people choose to help others and in doing so, in some way, shape or form, goodness is returned to them. Sometime in the future and in some way, often unrecognizable forms.

We know that many people around the world are having huge financial stressors that directly affect the quality and often the quantity of their lives and the level of happiness. We also know that huge numbers of people are anxious to start their own home-based businesses, for a wide variety of reasons. 

Firstly, they are interested in making money and not being answerable to a boss. Many young women want to be able to stay home with their young families. Many retirees and fixed income people are desperate for an additional source of income, one they can depend on and residual in nature. Many just want and need another source of income.

First and only commitment by you: FULFILL THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PIF SYSTEM, MAKING THE COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF FIRST AND YOUR INVITER SECOND, by inviting and paying for a minimum of 4 committed people to do the same and our goal is for this to happen within one week (even if it was once a month you'd be very happy with the results you'd see).

If one commits to a $50 PIF system (which is what we are building), each new person you gift in cost $50+7 shipping for a total of $57 each. For four people, total outlay initially is $228, of which $120 will be returned to you as fast start bonuses one month later. Total net outlay to start one’s business at this level is $108. 

That is it...pure and simple. Again, one should be getting a commitment from each of ones chosen people to do exactly the same thing, but at this slightly elevated level within one week. Again, in 5 weeks, with all doing as committed or promised, a full 4X 5 sales organization can be built out.

MECHANICS OF OUR PROGRAM:

We are going to take a very simple approach to our Program:

(2) Send all of your information as requested above, as well as a statement that you are committing to pay for your first 4 people. (3) Immediately make a list of people you are most interested in helping start their own home-based business.... and who are willing to commit to this approach.
